SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSE
Individual lighting design for a single-family home – architecture and atmosphere in harmony
For a modern single-family home, we developed a tailor-made lighting concept that harmoniously combines architecture, function, and atmosphere. The goal was to optimally balance daylight and artificial light in all areas – from the open-plan kitchen and living areas to the private retreats and outdoor areas such as the garden, terrace, and driveway.
The lighting concept not only considers functional aspects such as visual comfort and orientation, but also creates targeted atmospheric accents that emphasize materials, spatial depth, and architecture. Flush-mounted recessed ceiling luminaires, linear LED systems, dimmable light sources, and selected decorative luminaires were used – each tailored to the specific use and design language.
The exterior lighting was also integrated into the overall design: subtle, glare-free, and with special attention to light control, energy efficiency, and nighttime quiet. It is controlled by an intelligent system that allows individual lighting scenes to be recalled depending on the time of day and mood.
